I’m constantly planning things, coming up with new ideas for various creative things that I’d like to do. Constantly promising you guys regular content and failing time and time again. I thought I would be able to take the week that I had off of college last week to create loads of new content, but it didn’t happen.

I know where it is that my plans fall flat. They fall flat on their face as soon as I start planning. Many days and nights I sit planning the future, every single detail and it’s not healthy. I build up all of these huge expectations such as suddenly being able to keep on top of my college work or posting new blogposts 5 days a week.

I’ve learnt that although planning is good and partly vital for any kind of success, you’ll only begin to succeed when you stop planning and just start doing. Stop planning every blogpost you want to put up in the next month if it’s driving you crazy, STOP. Stop and just begin, life gets in the way of plans sometimes and that’s ok.

Make plans, but don’t think you have to follow them exactly. Travelling down the unbeaten path can be scarier but more exciting than the clear cut path.
