A Spring Outfit
March 30, 2018
I’m SO excited for summer to come around. As you can tell from my previous fashion post (HERE
), I’ve already planned a couple of outfits that I’ll be wearing when the temperature finally stays at double figures. But for now, spring seems to have disappeared and been replaced by dull skies and on and off rain. *whyyyy* However, I did manage to get out and shoot a spring appropriate outfit while the sun was out the other day.
My Ray-Ban Clubmasters are an essential for me in the sunnier months, these are the tortoise shell with mirrored lenses and gold trim. I’ve had them for a couple of years now and still love them as much as I did when I first purchased them! I’ve had my eye on a slightly more expensive pair of sunglasses for the last few years, I’m thinking this year will be the year I -finally- purchase them.
Everything I’m wearing (bar the shoes and sunglasses) are new in my wardrobe. I’ve picked up quite a few simple tees from Newlook including THIS embroidered one. I find that they fit really well and the white ones are a quality fabric so they’re not see-through either.
These jeans are from H&M, I’ve not brought any skinny jeans recently and felt like my wardrobe was lacking dark jeans. When I found these I loved the comfy fit of them so picked them up.
The denim jacket was £13 from Primark. THIRTEEN-POUNDS?! I picked it up in a size 18 to get the oversized fit, and can’t wait to wear it with cute dresses and playsuits in the summer. And finally, of course I popped my super comfy white converse on, then threw on my new Accesorize bag. It’s super small but the colour is to-die-for and it looks great with any outfit. To give you an idea of size, it just about fits my iPhone 8 plus in there. So it’s really not very roomy, but it’ll stop me carting around loads of crap in my bag!
